By using the AetherSet app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App. The App is operated by the developer of AetherSet (“we”). Contact: aetherset.support@gmail.com.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to use the App. You’re responsible for your account and login credentials, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Subscriptions & billing
- AetherSet offers an optional Premium subscription. New users get a 21-day free trial managed within the App.
- After the trial, Premium requires a paid subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. On iOS, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.
Health disclaimer
AetherSet provides fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, stop if you feel unwell, and exercise at your own risk.
AI Coach
The AI Coach uses Google Gemini to generate responses; your messages are sent to Google. Responses may be inaccurate and are not medical, legal, or professional advice.
Acceptable use & content
Don’t use the App unlawfully, disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or misuse the AI Coach. You keep ownership of the data you enter and grant us a limited license to store and process it to run the App. The App and its content are our property.
Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages or loss of data arising from your use of the App.
Changes & contact
