This policy explains how the AetherSet app (“the App”) handles your information. Contact: aetherset.support@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account info — your email, and basic profile info if you sign in with Apple or Google.
- Fitness data you enter — workouts, sessions, routines, cardio, and body measurements.
- AI Coach messages and any feedback you submit.
- Purchase history — which subscription you hold and whether it is active.
- Crash reports, diagnostics, and device identifiers — used to run and secure the App, and to fix crashes.
We do not collect location, contacts, or photos, and we do not sell your data.
How we use it
To save and sync your data, generate analytics and AI coaching, manage your account and subscription, respond to feedback, and keep the App secure.
Who we share it with
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, hosting, and Crashlytics crash reporting (stores your account and fitness data).
- Google Gemini — generates AI Coach replies (receives the messages you send it).
- RevenueCat — manages your subscription status.
- Apple / Google — payment processing and optional sign-in.
Please don’t include sensitive personal or medical details in AI Coach messages.
Storage, retention & deletion
Your data is stored with Google Firebase and kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the App, at any time. See how to delete your account for the full list of what is removed, or request deletion at aetherset.support@gmail.com.
Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR or CCPA), you may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us.
Children
The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
